I’m Jess Travis, a RYT-200 yoga teacher and massage therapist dedicated to helping every body find balance through mindful movement and therapeutic massage. My approach blends strength and stillness, inviting clients to reconnect with their bodies, calm the nervous system, and build resilience from the inside out.

Rooted in compassion and informed by experience in holistic wellness, I create spaces where each person can move, breathe, and heal in a way that feels safe, supportive, and deeply restorative.
