About the event
This is a donation (pay what you can) event. There will be two 15-minute sessions: 9:00am and 9:30am.
Join us for Grow! - a playful, nature-inspired yoga experience designed just for kids, right in the heart of the Farmer’s Market.
Through simple movement, breath, and imagination, kids will explore what it means to grow: Like seeds reaching for the sun, roots grounding into the earth, and pollinators buzzing through the garden. Each session invites curiosity, creativity, and connection to the natural world in a way that feels fun and accessible for all ages.
This is a low-pressure, come-as-you-are offering. Kids can drop in, participate as they feel comfortable, and move at their own pace. No prior yoga experience needed.
